sedaineb a dit... Matthieu, j'ai aussi attendu 2 mois pour recevoir la réponse...le nombre d'expériences est peut-être encore insuffisant pour en tirer des conclusions définitives, mais c'est sûr que c'est une voie à suivre imprérativement de très près!

sedaineb a dit... For your information, I attached the audiogram of Chloe, taken last October. I also received the most recent one that showed almost 100% normal hearing on both ears when she was tested this past June. If your child has a conduction problem or abnormal tympanogram, stem cell might not help. If there is genetic hearing loss, stem cell might not help either. I don't know what kind of antibiotics was used to treat your baby in the past but gentamicin or kanamycin is known to cause hearing loss. Chloe had severe ear infection she had or what kind of antibiotics she was given, either. After she had a cold three years ago she got almost deaf. Anyway her symptom was greatly improved so as her hearing was. By the way, the only patient with severe tinnitus has not experienced an improvement yet. ===================

Regarding hearing loss, Chloe was the first case that came up to us with hearing loss. Chloe has experienced amazing improvement. Stem cell is known as a good immune modulator so it makes sense many autoimmune patients have been improved. Many people asked a question like this, do you only treat the autoimmune hearing loss? No, stem cell will work whatever the cause is. Chloe had sensorineural hearing loss but her hearing came back after stem cell therapy. So you don't have to have an autoimmune disease to benefit from stem cell therapy. Stem cell’s effect on autoimmune disease work in two ways: immune modulation removes the cause and stem cell heals the damaged part as well.
However, we don't guarantee the extent of stem cell effect or individual outcome but we absolutely guarantee that the stem cells that we supply to you will be exactly from you and the number of stem cell will be more than you ordered. Also we guarantee the storage of stem cells to be safe for the contract period, The procedure that John or Chloe experienced is to receive 600 million cells in three separate iv sessions. It took 2 weeks for her to finish the procedure. The place for stem cell injection was Kyoto, Japan where we established a stem cell clinic. Patients older than Chloe need much more stem cells that she needed. She was 19 years old and had only hearing loss with healthy background.
sedaineb a dit... The number of people who received stem cell injection is over 8,000 in South Korea for the last a few years. We don't advertize stem cell therapy in Korea or in the US but why so many people rushed to our stem cell clinic in Japan or China? We are not the only party to claim such and such great effect from stem cell therapy but you may want to be careful not to be a victim by a fraud or a scam or a false hope.
Please check out those facts around stem cell therapy.
1. Mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow stem cells, even if they are expanded, are less effective in wound healing.
2. Embryonic stem cells are not only unethical but also unsafe due to embryo destruction and its tumorigenicity nature
3. Stem cells from peripheral blood have the same origin as those from bone marrow, which are less effective.
4. Platelets are known to be effective as a wound healing agent but they are not stem cells. So they are not more effective and sustainable than stem cells.
5. Fat cells are not stem cells. There might be some portion of stem cells. Fat cell isolation by a physician is allowed and legal but not effective due to the lack of enough stem cell content.
6. To date, fat derived stem cells are proven to be most effective on cellular damage and wound healing inside and out of the body.
7. Fat derived stem cells are proven to have highest safety profile because they are your own cells, adult stem cells are not developing tumors and we manufacture stem cells in state of the art GMP facility compliant with nation's health regulations.
8. Stem cell therapy is not always effective and individual response varies. Enough amount of stem cells should reach the affected area but there might not be enough blood circulation in local area in early onset diseases.
sedaineb a dit... The hope of stem cell therapy is getting higher as many evidences have been published more and more. By the way, stem cell treatment is very expensive because stem cells are isolated from patient's own body and expanded in state of the art GMP facility under standardized process. The cost is $30,000 only for the stem cell processing and production. Besides, patients have to travel to other countries such as Japan or China. where our stem cell clinics are located, to receive stem cell injection because stem cell injection is not allowed in the US, Canada or Europe even South Korea yet.
Nevertheless, most people who suffer from various degenerative diseases can benefit from stem cell therapy because it is the exactly same mechanism as natural healing process. When you have minor damage in any part of your body, you will not mind because your pre-existing stem cells will heal them all. However, if you have major or severe damage that is beyond natural healing, your degeneration will begin and progress further.
Why do we inject patient own stem cells into the exact same patient? The damage that the patient has is beyond natural healing. The more stem cells you receive the better effect you have. That's why we expand the cells up to hundreds million stem cells to make them effective enough.

sedaineb a dit...
